To empower companies to proactively listen, learn, and educate their customers at scale

For years, companies talked to customers as little as they could, because every conversation took time a team didn't have. Now every customer can have one. Woven's agents reach out first, ask why, answer what each person actually said, and bring what they learn back to your team.

We build two products on that idea. Conversational Campaigns starts conversations with customers at the moments they're about to drop off. Autonomous Research runs in-depth user interviews and usability tests, so product teams know what to build next.

Our founders

Woven was co-founded by Greg Greiner and Jeremy Ho, who first met as a part of the founding team of Uber for Business. With over a decade of experience each taking products from zero to millions of users, they partnered to help companies more deeply understand their customers.
